Current Foundation Projects
We can not share information on many of our operations but where possible we seek to be accountable and transparent. When we share updates on current projects we seek to be as truthful as possible – even if it’s politically incorrect.
Do you know of a system or technology that could help Ukraine? Do you like what we do and want to support it? Want to get involved? We want to hear from you.

In collaboration with Ukraine Defence, USAF and General Atomics, we continue to support efforts to gain the MQ-9A for a proof of concept in Ukraine.

Leveraging the Foundation’s network and relationship management skill sets, we are focused on delivering the Reapers offered by General Atomics to Ukraine. The offer initially included only the aircraft but none of the sustainment costs (approx. $10 million for the first year). As negotiations have developed that offer has been improved to include the sustainment costs for the first six months.
There remain hurdles that the team is working on removing.

Ukraine does not have enough munitions, weapons, or rockets to defend itself from a terrible enemy that is hell bent on killing or dispossessing all Ukrainians. Replacing the civilian populations of the occupied territories with russians is just one appalling aspect of this grim invasion.
Canada has 83,000 retired and scheduled for disposal CRV7 rockets. These rockets can be upgraded and refurbished in a facility in Ukraine, providing valuable rockets for ground and air defence. Their values can not be over emphasized.

Having identified and located the CRV7s, the Foundation is supporting Ukraine Defence efforts to acquire these valuable systems.

Ukraine’s air defence is under extreme and brutal pressure as russia fires cruise missiles at civilians, civilian infrastructure, even hospitals are a russian target. WAe after wave of loitering munitions are sent flying into Ukraine with the sole purpose of killing as many Ukrainians as possible.
These rail guns could save countless Ukrainian lives as the last point of air defence against this unrelenting onslaught. The guns are manufactured by General Dynamics, who’s parent company is Raytheon. The guns that we have requested from Canada were retired from service after their frigates were refurbished in 2015.

Having identified and located the CRV7s, the Foundation is supporting Ukraine Defence efforts to acquire these valuable systems.
