Ukraine is in a fight for its democracy and freedom. The unlawful full-scale invasion of Ukraine by russia in 2022 has highlighted the need for enhanced support for members of the armed forces who have been at war for a decade.

AVC’s team comprises experienced and respected professionals from global capital markets, defense, intelligence, technology and innovative industries. We bridge the communication and cultural gaps between the West and Ukraine. We focus on building trust-based relationships, supporting innovative and robust partnerships. Building resiliency into Ukraine’s recovery and growth is more than providing funds or building reserves – it requires a capacity to move fast, early, and decisively in the disruption.
Effective Social Programs
The challenges Ukraine faces in responding to the devastating impacts of russia’s aggression can not be understated. Together we can create an inclusive recovery that leaves nobody behind.
We have established a robust network of partners within the Ukrainian Government and agencies, international collaborators, NGOs, supporters, and suppliers. All of our Social Programs are designed to be repeatable and sustainable.
Foreign Warfighters
We are grateful to all foreign warfighters who have volunteered to fight for Ukraine's freedom from a vicious aggressor.
It is tragic when a foreign warfighter is killed defending Ukraine. Our team believes that we owe foreign warfighters dignified care in death, and have retrieved the bodies of those slain so that they can receive the respectful treatment they deserve.
In any of our communications, programs, and advocacy when we say "warfighter" and "veteran" this includes foreigners who have heard our call for help. The impact that foreign warfighters have made cannot be underestimated. They have selflessly laid down their lives to defend Ukraine and Ukrainians.
Ethical Behaviour is Non-Negotiable
One of the areas that our team has extensive experience in is defeating corruption. We pride ourselves on establishing a transparent, accountable, and resilient platform that undermines corrupt practices. Two of our leaders have battled corruption and unethical practices in government, industry, and institutions.
We offer training and information sessions on how to avoid corruption risks that Ukraine inherited from the USSR and russian regimes. It is these inherited constructs that we seek to tear down within Ukraine.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for unethical behaviour or transactions that are murky. Everything we do is transparent. We are both responsible and accountable.
International Relations, Diplomacy, and Commercial Services
We are often asked to assist in bridging the communication and cultural gaps that so often arise. Many Westerners find navigating Ukraine difficult and complex. We create pathways to successful engagement and results.
Ukraine is defending against the second most powerful nation on the planet. It is doing so by donation. We search for, identify, and execute a strategy to acquire equipment, weapons and munitions that NATO countries have retired.
Our Foundation seeks to build a sustainable economy and fund our social programs through providing commercial and consultancy services to those wishing to do business in Ukraine. Profit for purpose because we do not want to add pressure to the rapidly dwindling donation pool.
